REPRESENTATIVE
Requirements: 2 week in crew, Level 40, 0 serious incidents.
After meeting the aforementioned requirements, members are automatically promoted to the rank of representative. Representatives are granted the authority to recruit new members, but are not required to do so. They are not given additional responsibilities.
LIEUTENANT
Requirements: 4 weeks as Representative, Rank 75, 0 serious incidents.
After meeting the aforementioned requirements, members may apply to become a lieutenant. Lieutenants are responsible for maintaining order in the field. Along with being granted the authority to recruit new members, they are also able to demote representatives if deemed absolutely necessary.
COMMISSIONER
Requirements: 4 weeks as Lieutenant, Rank 100, 0 serious incidents.
After meeting the aforementioned requirements, crew members may apply to be promoted to the rank of commissioner. Commissioners oversee all crew operations, as well as act on the leader's behalf, and have thus been granted near-absolute power within the crew. They are authorized to recruit, as well as demote and kick members when deemed absolutely necessary.

The majority of people who play GTA: Online wish to do so in their preferred modes without any extra obligations. Those players are more than welcome here at Phoenix Security. However, we understand that there are those who would like to adopt a leadership role and so we provide opportunities to those looking to advance. Listed below are the ranks, along with their prerequisites.
