One method of applying to join the crew is submitting a request for an invite on the Phoenix Security page on Rockstar Games' Social Club. Go to http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/crew/phoenix_security and click on the "Request Invite" button.

Another method of applying to join the crew is sending an email to the crew's HR team at humanresources.pssi@gmail.com. You may also use the Contact page. Be sure to put "Application" as the subject and include your gamertag in the message.
APPLY IN LOS SANTOS!
Yet another method of applying to join Phoenix Security is finding an authorized recruiter in-game and requesting an invite. Recruiters are typically friendly and will be glad to bring you into the crew as long as you meet the requirements. Some of them may have extra requirements such as an interview or completion of challenges, so be prepared.
